Our Client: A1A Movers was approached by a corporate firm for relocation of more than 500 employees from their older building to a new location in Suffolk County.

Our Approach:We knew that we had a huge responsibility and to start the move on the right foot, we started our preparations two months prior to the scheduled week for moving. The initial preparation involved weekly meetings will all the people involved including the general contractors, architects, senior personnel from the firm, and our expert movers.

Since there were more than 15 departments which needed to be moved, the move had to be planned in multiple phases. In order to distinguish one items of one department from that of the others, we came up with a color-coding system which made the transition to the new location quite smooth. The furniture, computers, and files, none of the items got misplaced during the process.

Even though dealing with more than 5000 workstation parts was quite challenging; uninterrupted communication and coordination between the client and the moving team helped execute the plan perfectly.

Conclusion: The hard work put in by our expert team of movers was highly appreciated by the client as the move was completed just on time and within the allocated budget.
